Finally, the last post about Christmas! Our last stop for the day was to my step-aunts house. She lives down the street from us so it was nice that it was very convenient! Jensen fell asleep in the car on the way there so he was a little sleepy when we arrived. Devon wanted Shirley (my step-aunt) to help her find the cats! Both the kids loved seeing everyone and they received some adorable gifts as well.
Jensen got some more toy cars. These ones wind up and roll across the floor, the kids are having SO much fun with them! Devon also got the cutest toy from her great-aunt and uncle. It is a bunny named Abigail and she comes with 3 stories. At the end of each page is a sentence that goes in the story and when you read it she responds. It's pretty cute and Devon loves her a ton!
As wiped as we all were, I'm always so glad to spend time with our step-family!!

It was a great Christmas and I'm so happy we got to spend it with all our families. It was neat to have our 2 kids be at the ages where they got to have fun opening presents and soaking up all the attention! It flew by so fast but I'll admit that I'm sort of glad to have all the Christmas decorations down and have my house back to normal...but I know that next year I'll be itching to put up the tree and decorations by October!
